Job Summary

Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle for seller-focused tools that support customer success across multiple Chợ Tốt verticals. Manage and communicate the product roadmap, run user research to define and prioritize problems, and write PRDs with clear acceptance criteria. Track key product metrics, design experiments and A/B tests, and partner closely with Business, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to deliver measurable business outcomes in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery and analysis through prototyping and validation for the Vietnam market.
•Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring priorities are aligned with business goals and clearly communicated.
•Conduct user research, synthesize findings, and prioritize user problems and opportunities.
•Define product requirements (PRDs) and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
•Define, track, and report product metrics; design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses before rollout.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
•At least 2 years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to consumer/marketplace products or business tooling.
•Demonstrated capability to leverage AI tools and technology to optimize product workflows and features.
•Strong critical thinking to analyze ambiguous feedback and turn it into clear problem/opportunity statements backed by data.
•Strong Vietnamese and English communication (written and verbal) and excellent stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
