Key Responsibilities

  • •Remove product and materials from assigned areas and disassemble production equipment as needed to access cleaning points.
  • •Properly mix and titrate chemicals to achieve required concentrations before use, then apply chemicals and soaps to equipment and machinery.
  • •Perform pre-rinse, final rinse, and hand scrubbing when needed to break down biofilms and verify areas for corrections.
  • •Clean production processing areas according to company and USDA standards, including working at high and low positions and operating high-pressure water hoses.
  • •Reassemble production equipment and replace sanitation materials in the proper places; complete other duties as assigned by management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.8 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •6 months experience in manufacturing at one employer in the past 36 months.
  • •Be willing and able to perform the physical requirements, including bending, twisting, climbing, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • •Be willing and able to hold and operate high-pressure hoses and work with caustic and acid detergents and sanitizers.
  • •Be willing and able to work in cold temperatures ranging from 0 to 40 degrees.
  • •Be lock-out tag-out, forklift, and fall protection certified.
