You’ll greet executive guests, coordinate amenities, and ensure clean, stocked spaces while collaborating with hotel teams to provide a seamless hospitality experience for VIP guests and general lounge visitors.

Key Responsibilities

•Greets executive guests in the private Executive Lounge and ensures a welcoming first impression.
•Responds to guest inquiries and informs them of available hotel amenities and services.
•Oversees the operation of the Executive Lounge, ensuring supplies are replenished and areas remain clean and organized.
•Processes check-ins and check-outs accurately and stays current with hotel services and VIP requests.
•Collaborates with other departments to coordinate special events, staffing, and guest-related needs while upholding brand standards.
