Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage Hermès Cleaning Coordinators and oversee day-to-day operations of site cleaning and waste treatment.
  • •Manage external cleaning contractors, 함께 alliance with DETS Purchasing, and ensure contractual terms and performance reviews are met.
  • •Monitor quality across sites through regular checks and monthly reporting; coordinate large events (AGMs, shows) cleaning plans.
  • •Coordinate with Comex and other Hermès divisions to address requests and optimize working methods and technologies.
  • •Oversee procurement, budgeting, and reporting for cleaning services, ensuring timely payments and cost control.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in cleaning/maintenance management or equivalent leadership roles
  • •Master's degree (Master / Bac +5) or equivalent
  • •experience in coordinating and supervising housekeeping teams and contractors
  • •strong budgeting, reporting and supplier management skills
  • •ability to coordinate across multiple sites and respond to executive-level requests
