Job Summary

Lead the cleaning and waste management for Hermes sites in Paris 8th arrondissement, coordinating 2 cleaning coordinators and external contractors. Oversee contract performance, quality controls, budgets, and innovation in cleaning processes to ensure top service levels for flagship stores and ateliers. Collaborate with Maintenance and Security teams for a safe, clean, and compliant environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage Hermès Cleaning Coordinators and oversee day-to-day operations of site cleaning and waste treatment.
•Manage external cleaning contractors, 함께 alliance with DETS Purchasing, and ensure contractual terms and performance reviews are met.
•Monitor quality across sites through regular checks and monthly reporting; coordinate large events (AGMs, shows) cleaning plans.
•Coordinate with Comex and other Hermès divisions to address requests and optimize working methods and technologies.
•Oversee procurement, budgeting, and reporting for cleaning services, ensuring timely payments and cost control.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in cleaning/maintenance management or equivalent leadership roles
