Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and implement GRC strategies, policies, and standards for IT/OT environments, aligning with organizational objectives, regulatory standards, and internal audit requirements.
  • •Manage Third Party Risks and create GRC frameworks and guidelines to keep risks at an acceptable organizational level.
  • •Lead a team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit policies through risk assessments and regular audits.
  • •Apply appropriate risk treatment based on audit and assessment findings to maintain ongoing compliance.
  • •Use GRC platforms and tracking processes to manage GRC activity and stay current as regulations evolve.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6+ years of direct experience in a similar GRC functional leader role, including managing GRC functions and implementing compliance programs.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) with a foundation in governance, risk management, and compliance principles.
  • •Experience leading teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit policies, including risk assessments and audits.
  • •Strong people, analytical, and problem-solving skills, plus excellent communication and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • •Working knowledge of GRC platforms (Workiva, Archer) and proficiency using Microsoft Excel and GRC/tracking and project/audit methodologies.
