Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, design, and implement APAC network strategy across Automotive Warranty, MDDR, and Easy Living lines of business.
  • •Directly lead and develop Network Managers across APAC countries, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • •Develop, monitor, and steer provider network performance to meet service levels, quality standards, and cost targets.
  • •Manage relationships and negotiations with assistance providers, ensuring SLAs are met and leading pricing negotiations.
  • •Negotiate and maintain global frame agreements and define/harmonise optimized network process standards across APAC, including digital channel enablement and cost efficiency initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience in network management, vendor management, or provider relations within insurance, assistance, automotive, or technology services.
  • •Essential direct people management experience leading and developing teams across multiple markets in a regional or global capacity.
  • •Strong network management expertise across performance optimization, cost management, and service quality governance, including managing SLAs.
  • •Proven experience with pricing negotiations, contract management, and defining service scope, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
  • •Knowledge of assistance technologies and platforms (e.g., telecom systems, device/car OEM services, contact center solutions, provider portal tools), with familiarity in network project planning and integrations.
