Own the full customer lifecycle—from early technical discovery with the BDM team through implementation, go-live, and ongoing success. Serve as the technical and commercial lead for fintechs, HR platforms, and consumer tech companies embedding connectivity into their products. Lead end-to-end integrations, translate API architecture and webhooks discussions into product strategy, and drive consumer experiences that convert and retain.

Key Responsibilities

•Run discovery and feasibility work with the BDM team to scope integrations and help close deals.
•Lead implementations end-to-end from kickoff through go-live, working with customer engineering and product teams.
•Ensure the B2B2C motion works by driving consumer experiences that convert and retain.
•Act as a forward-deployed product lead to unblock launches and shape product direction with internal/external teams.
•Manage multiple high-stakes customer engagements across verticals and geographies, using AI to stay on top of complex projects and keep stakeholders aligned.

•Experience in B2B2C contexts where customer success depends on end-user adoption.
•Technically fluent in API architecture, webhooks, and integration design, able to translate discussions into product strategy.
•Strong written and verbal communication to align C-suite, engineering leads, and internal teams in fast-moving environments.
