Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed within programs to plan and execute change management activities aligned to the Prosci 3-Phase Methodology
  • •Conduct stakeholder, impact, and risk assessments and develop integrated change plans (communications, training, readiness, reinforcement)
  • •Enable executive sponsors and people managers to effectively fulfill their change roles before, during, and after go-live
  • •Design field-focused communications and align training, communications, and engagement activities for readiness prior to deployment
  • •Define, track, and reinforce adoption and readiness indicators; assess effectiveness of change interventions and recommend improvements

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • •3+ years delivering change management for complex, cross-functional initiatives, ideally in operational or field-facing environments
  • •Prosci certification strongly preferred; demonstrated applied experience with Prosci methodology and ADKAR
  • •Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups
  • •Strong written and verbal communication to translate complexity into clear, actionable messaging
