Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage purchase orders and ensure vendor contracts are issued in line with business SLAs.
  • •Maintain material and production critical paths, tracking milestones and delivery timelines from order placement to bulk production and shipment.
  • •Monitor fabric, trim, and production status across suppliers and mills, proactively escalating risks.
  • •Lead regular supplier and material progress reviews, including capacity visibility and future requirements.
  • •Maintain planning systems and reporting tools, provide stakeholder updates, and support performance reviews with data collection and analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience within Production, Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Sourcing, Merchandising, or Manufacturing.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (reporting, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP) with strong data analysis ability.
  • •Experience working with suppliers and managing production or material-related activities.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong attention to detail.
