Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations in a high-volume restaurant, assist in food preparation and cooking tasks, maintain cleanliness and organization, monitor ingredients and equipment, and collaborate with chefs to ensure timely service and consistent plating. Collaborate with chefs and sous chefs, follow recipes, uphold food safety standards, manage inventory rotation, and continuously develop culinary skills through on-the-job training.
