Job Summary

Partner with business stakeholders to translate analytics questions into semantic data models, dashboards, and self-service data products. Build and maintain trusted SQL data models using dbt, and design reliable, scalable dashboards and reports in enterprise BI tools such as Domo and Power BI. Strengthen data governance by defining business metrics, data definitions, documentation, ownership, and quality standards, while improving the BI ecosystem’s user experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Bridge business and data teams by understanding business processes, priorities, and decision-making needs.
•Translate business questions and requirements into semantic data models, dashboards, and self-service data products.
•Develop, test, document, and maintain SQL data models using dbt for reporting, dashboarding, and analytics.
•Design and manage intuitive, reliable, scalable dashboards and reports in enterprise BI platforms such as Domo and Power BI.
•Contribute to data governance by defining and maintaining business metrics, data definitions, documentation, ownership, and quality standards.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role (retail, beauty, e-commerce, or consumer goods experience is advantageous).
•Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience building data models with dbt.
•Experience developing dashboards in modern BI platforms such as Power BI, Domo, or Tableau.
•Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn ambiguous questions into structured analyses and solutions.
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
