Manage multiple customer renewal cycles independently, executing end-to-end renewals for assigned accounts while ensuring timely, accurate renewal execution. Defend and expand the customer base by closing renewals and driving seat expansion opportunities using standard playbooks. Monitor auto-renewal status to prevent churn and coordinate lightly with customer procurement, Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and partners. Use CRM systems to automate workflows and handle exceptions within guidelines.
