Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee delivery of the most complex and largest-scale programs and projects in the EHV transmission and distribution sector.
  • •Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, risks, QA/QC, hours, and expenses to ensure contractual and performance success.
  • •Engage project stakeholders, maintain relationships, and provide regular project reporting and updates to clients and internal leadership.
  • •Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams and offer performance guidance to managers and staff, including root-cause meetings and continuous improvement.
  • •Develop governance and project documentation (e.g., Risk Registers, PMP, QP, PSP, Communications Plans), lead recovery planning, and facilitate project closeout and lessons-learned sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related major, or equivalent experience in a technical/engineering firm.
  • •15+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role in the A/E/C industry.
  • •Advanced-level understanding of project delivery, with experience across delivery models (DBB, EPC, PDB).
  • •Strong analytical and organizational skills with business acumen bridging business and project management.
  • •Advanced proficiency with analytical/organizational skills and technical writing; strong working knowledge of MS Office suite and PM tools.
