Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and verify equipment and materiel turned in from Army units.
  • •Check turn-in documents for completeness and accuracy and assist with inspection/condition coding.
  • •Coordinate staging and movement into designated warehouse or yard areas; store, organize, and maintain items in compliance with Army regulations.
  • •Perform location surveys, bin checks, cyclic inventories, and maintain accountability through accurate recordkeeping and audit support (PARs/audits).
  • •Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE as needed; support packaging/labeling and update property transactions in GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in logistics or supply preferred.
  • •2–4 years of warehouse, supply, or logistics experience.
  • •Familiarity with Army turn-in and supply procedures and Army supply/property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-21).
  • •Ability to read and process Army documentation (DA and DD forms) and enter/update property transactions in Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
  • •Forklift/MHE operation certification (OF 346) preferred; must also meet safety/physical and background requirements (CAC and Public Trust eligibility).
