Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, optimize, and govern the overall tool ecosystem supporting the SAP transformation program across ARTs, MFTs, and cross-functional teams.
  • •Establish integrations, automated workflows, and standard configurations across key tools (Agility, Jira, SAP Cloud ALM, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, Planisware, Zoho).
  • •Define guardrails, standard templates, playbooks, and permission schemes to streamline onboarding for external partners and internal teams.
  • •Design dashboards (e.g., PowerBI, Jira Align, SAP Cloud ALM Analytics) to provide trustworthy readiness views for executive steering committees.
  • •Conduct routine audits to prevent tool sprawl, eliminate inefficiencies, ensure compliance with official tool standards, and guide stakeholders to ensure reliable reporting data.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience in aerospace or related complex industries, or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience in large-scale agile environments (ideally SAFe-based) and enterprise transformation initiatives (preferably SAP-related).
  • •Strong understanding of enterprise tool ecosystems, integrations, workflow automation, and tool configuration.
  • •Proven ability to support cross-functional teams, program leadership, and architects with a systems-thinking continuous improvement mindset.
  • •Interest in leveraging AI and automation to enhance collaboration, reporting, and knowledge management.
