Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • •Ensure timely order processing and shipment execution in line with customer requirements, while monitoring workflows to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
  • •Maintain inventory accuracy via cycle counts, stock reconciliation, investigation/escalation of discrepancies, and inventory record updates in WMS/ERP systems.
  • •Coordinate warehouse associates/operators/supervisors, support manpower planning and shift execution, and train staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and operational processes.
  • •Ensure SLA and KPI adherence, follow warehouse SOPs and EHS guidelines, support audits/compliance, handle operational escalations, and prepare daily operational reports/MIS.
