Key Responsibilities

  • •Stock kitchen runners’ windows and prepare condiments, silverware, and other items for food delivery
  • •Professionally serve and clear all items unobtrusively, and bring soiled dishes and service items to appropriate areas
  • •Ensure bus stations, stock rooms, and corridors are kept in order and obtain approval for stock requisitions
  • •Help keep the kitchen expedite area clean and up to Health Code and Alcohol Regulations, including polishing silverware and folding napkins as needed
  • •Act as the messenger between kitchen and front of house, expedite food when necessary, and notify management of malfunctioning equipment

Key Requirements

  • •Valid TABC
  • •Ability to lift 20-50 pounds repeatedly and perform reaching and stooping motions
  • •Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • •Ability to work later hours
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work closely and efficiently with others
