Job Summary

Maintain and secure the IT foundations (Windows/Linux and network) while driving automation-first operations. Own Kubernetes (K8s) clusters that support production pipelines, and advance infrastructure toward total automation. Integrate CI/CD practices, manage virtualization platforms, and ensure performance and security “by design.” Partner with production teams to understand technical needs, troubleshoot outages, and keep systems installed, monitored, and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, design, and implement scripts and tools to eliminate manual and repetitive tasks.
•Manage, optimize, and evolve Kubernetes (K8s) clusters to support production pipelines.
•Maintain servers (Linux/Windows) and virtualization infrastructure while integrating CI/CD practices.
•Install, secure, and manage software and hardware systems while monitoring to troubleshoot outages.
•Work with production teams to understand technical needs and provide world-class IT support.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience administering servers (Linux and Windows) and virtualization (VMware, Nutanix).
•Knowledge of networking including VPNs, routing protocols, and firewall management (PFsense, Cisco).
•Practical containerization experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker (essential).
•Proficiency in Git and familiarity with Perforce (or willingness to learn).
•Experience with tooling such as Jira, Confluence, and ticketing tools; bilingual communication in French and English.
