Job Summary

Drive market introduction and commercialization of new and improved consumer packaging products and applications. Provide technical support to strategic customers, coordinate with R&D, marketing, and asset management on product development and customer trials, and identify opportunities for product improvement and cost reductions. Optimize LYB product use for trials, investigate complaints, and maintain product specifications and stewardship data, while building stakeholder networks and supporting circular economy and sustainability initiatives.

•Develop and manage introduction of new and improved products and applications into the market in coordination with R&D, marketing, and asset management.
•Support planning and execution of MPCs and customer trials/approvals to maintain differentiation and competitiveness of the product portfolio.
•Identify and define opportunities for product improvement, recipe cost reductions, and new application needs, including responses to competition or regulatory changes.
•Support customers in optimizing LYB product use by explaining product properties and processing capabilities, positioning value-in-use for trials, and investigating complaints.
•Maintain product specifications and product data sheets and provide data for product stewardship or legislative matters.

Key Requirements

•Advanced technical competency and ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
•Prior technical experience in R&D, product/application development, or manufacturing with knowledge of products and applications.
•Fluency in English required; one or more other European languages are beneficial.
