Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the Quote to Cash roadmap aligned with business strategy and drive global standardization of end-to-end Q2C processes.
  • •Serve as the functional and architectural SME for Q2C modules, govern releases, and lead business requirements sessions.
  • •Drive adoption of AI across Q2C, designing AI-driven workflows and integrating intelligent automation into end-to-end digital journeys.
  • •Partner with Q2C leadership, COEs, operations, IT, and global business teams as a trusted advisor for strategy and transformation initiatives.
  • •Lead/support Q2C programs including implementations, enhancements, upgrades, global rollouts, integration programs, and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience with Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) enterprise applications and business processes, with 5+ years in sales commissions architecture and transformation programs.
  • •Deep understanding of the end-to-end Q2C lifecycle, including quoting, pricing, contracting, billing, revenue recognition, and commissions.
  • •Strong experience leading large-scale Q2C transformation initiatives (process redesign, platform modernization, and change management).
  • •Proven ability to facilitate workshops and present/document architectural solutions for both business and technical audiences.
  • •Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and deploying enterprise solutions, with AI/agentic AI proficiency; Forma.ai and Zuora Billing preferred.
