Key Responsibilities

•Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle from sales turnover and kickoff through handover to support.
•Drive project management and define 360Learning platform architecture for clients.
•Facilitate integrations (flat files, APIs) and third-party apps, including SSO configuration and troubleshooting.
•Onboard and onboard new clients, hosting functional and technical workshops for platform customization.
•Follow customers through their contracts to increase adoption and deliver platform audits and professional services.

•Fluent French and very good English (B2).
