Key Responsibilities

  • •Own store sales and KPI targets and use available resources to meet or exceed them.
  • •Execute brand customer service standards and act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating brand attitude and values.
  • •Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to address customer needs using seasonal brand and product knowledge.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards; process deliveries and replenish fixtures to represent the full product offer on the sales floor.
  • •Complete cash register transactions accurately, minimize loss, and perform store operations safely while collaborating with peers and supervisors.

Key Requirements
