Job Summary

Coordinate and deliver custody product initiatives by supporting project execution, tracking milestones, and working with stakeholders to gather and validate business and functional requirements. Analyze existing custody processes to identify improvement opportunities, maintain delivery documentation (requirements, process maps, test cases, user guides), and support UAT by planning, executing tests, and tracking issues. Ensure alignment across business, technology, and operations while helping initiatives meet regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the coordination and execution of custody product initiatives, tracking progress and project milestones.
•Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for custody enhancements and regulatory changes with stakeholders.
•Analyze current custody processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and support efficient solution development.
•Prepare and maintain project documentation including requirements, process maps, test cases, and user guides.
•Assist with UAT (planning, execution, and issue tracking) and coordinate communication across business, technology, and operations while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
•2+ years’ experience in business analysis, project support, or product delivery within financial services, ideally with exposure to Custody Product or Securities Services.
•Good working knowledge of Tableau, Power-Bi, Jira, Qlik sense, and Alteryx.
•Understanding of custody operations, securities processing, and the regulatory environment.
•Experience working in cross-functional teams with strong written and verbal communication skills.
