  • •Prepare and maintain an orderly prepared environment that fosters trust, movement, and exploration.
  • •Partner with parents and collaborate with classroom team members to build a strong, respectful community.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursue fully sponsored Montessori certification through Guidepost Montessori’s Prepared Montessorian Institute, or have a prior Montessori diploma.
  • •Experience working with children ages 0–3 in a daycare, childcare, nursery, or group care setting.
  • •Align with child-led educational philosophies (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar).
  • •Have required ECE or Child Development credits.
  • •Be enrolled in or have completed a 2-year Child Development or Early Childhood Education college program.
