Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end technology implementation and digital transformation projects.
  • •Manage delivery across scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, milestones, KPIs, and quality, including project backlogs and priorities.
  • •Define and execute project governance to ensure clear decision-making and accountability.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional technical squads across internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring realistic, sequenced implementation roadmaps aligned to infrastructure and integration readiness.
  • •Serve as the main client interface, communicating complex technical concepts clearly, and drive end-to-end implementation of customer lifecycle programs and campaigns, card portfolio solutions, product development/redesign, and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD.
  • •7+ years of relevant experience in financial services industry, payments, consulting or similar.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in quantitative fields such as business administration, economics, finance, computer science, or engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • •Knowledge of Agile methodology, mainly Kanban and Scrum.
  • •Strong analytical and data-driven thinking, with excellent communication/storytelling skills; Spanish and English are mandatory.
