Support and oversee the MRB (Material Review Board) process by reviewing rejected materials, coordinating disposition, and ensuring accurate inventory records in the MRB area. Participate in investigations to determine root causes of non-conformance and support corrective/preventive action efforts. Help drive continuous improvement by tracking MRB/DMR disposition and re-purposing activities, and schedule meetings to review metrics and defects.

Key Responsibilities

•Review rejected materials and coordinate their disposition, including where materials are held and released for scrap.
•Maintain the MRB area in a neat, orderly manner and ensure accurate inventory recording for rejected materials.
•Provide management timely, accurate reports on MRB material status and inventory disposition.
•Participate in investigations to determine root causes of non-conformance and recommend corrective and preventative actions (including CAPA when requested).
•Monitor and report MRB/DMR disposition and repurposing activities; schedule meetings to review MFB metrics, defects, and trending.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 22.4 - 29.4 hourly

Key Requirements

•Three years of experience supporting supply chain/warehousing/logistics activities, including oversight of transactional movement and disposition of materials in the business system.
•BS/BA in an appropriate field (preferred).
•Familiarity with product structures, BOMs, ECOs, Agile System, and Oracle systems.
•Ability to coordinate the disposition of rejected materials and determine where materials are held and released for scrap.
•Experience participating in investigations and recommending corrective and preventive actions to reduce future non-conformance.
