Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure customers launch on time, issues are resolved quickly, and operational workflows stay efficient. Manage CRM processes in HubSpot (or similar), build operational automations and SOPs, run 30/60/90-day check-ins, track health metrics, and support renewals through operational planning.
