Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, providers, and healthcare system executives to improve financial and quality performance.
  • •Own the account relationship across financial performance, quality management, clinical management, population health, care management training, HEDIS/STARs, and operational enhancements.
  • •Use data analytics tools to monitor and communicate practice performance against key objectives and strategic plans.
  • •Assist with workflow and staff coaching, training office staff and physicians/providers on processes and technologies.
  • •Coordinate ACO operations by creating recurring executive-facing presentations and memos and advising central leadership on practice performance issues.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience with executive-level communication (written and verbal).
  • •Knowledge of value-based care contracts across patient types.
  • •6-8+ years of experience in practice management, project management, account management, analytical problem solving, and strategic insight using healthcare analytical skills.
  • •Ability to work onsite with anticipated 3-4 days per week in Shreveport, Louisiana (subject to practice needs).
  • •Graduate of an accredited college/university in nursing, social work, health technology, or information technology-related programs (or relevant experience in medical practice management).
