Job Summary

Lead near- and long-term FP&A for Netflix studio investments, driving P&L forecasting, headcount and people-cost planning, scenario analysis, capex planning, and investment/deal support. Build and enhance KPIs, metrics, and dashboards; partner with leadership and cross-functional finance teams to evolve reporting frameworks (including GAAP). Deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews, implement dynamic planning tools and automation, and lead/mentor a team of three FP&A associates.

•Lead near- and long-term P&L forecasting for Eyeline, Interpositive, and the Animation INKubator.
•Own headcount planning and people cost management.
•Conduct financial scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making and business scaling.
•Support investment memos, deal analysis, go/no-go decisions, and new initiatives, including capex planning/forecasting.
•Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team; drive automation and dynamic financial planning tools and produce monthly/quarterly business reviews.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Planning, including people-management experience.
•Extensive experience performing quantitative and qualitative financial analyses, including headcount/position planning and opex management across complex, multi-entity or multi-region organizations.
•Proficiency with systems and automated reporting tools (e.g., Anaplan, Workday, Oracle/TM1, Looker); financial systems implementation experience is a plus.
•Superior proficiency with Excel and complex financial modeling.
•4-year degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
