Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in maintaining and updating the product roadmap across hardware, software, AI, and field reliability.
  • •Collaborate with the R&D team to refine training data strategies, model evaluation criteria, and deployment thresholds.
  • •Collect and analyze field failure data and turn operator observations into structured requirements.
  • •Support backlog management by prioritizing items based on impact, frequency, and strategic fit while coordinating with engineering leads.
  • •Track product KPIs (uptime, pick success rate, intervention rate, time-to-value) and help create product collateral and PRDs.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field.
  • •Strong interest in robotics and AI with the ability to learn quickly and contribute to complex technical projects.
  • •Familiarity with robot software stacks such as ROS2, Zenoh, and motion planning, control, and perception pipelines.
  • •Ability to engage credibly with AI/ML teams on model evaluation and deployment criteria.
  • •Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to collaborating cross-functionally.
