Job Summary

Own complex, high-risk vulnerability remediation across infrastructure, endpoints, applications, containers, and cloud environments for the Enterprise Vulnerability Management (EVM) Remediation team. Lead investigation, exploitability assessment, CVE triage, and remediation planning, including dependency mapping and escalation. Build and maintain vulnerability metrics, KPIs, and dashboards using tools like Power Automate, Power BI, ServiceNow, Brinqa, and Excel automation. Improve EVM processes in an Agile environment and mentor engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary escalation point and subject matter expert for complex, high-risk vulnerability remediation across infrastructure, cloud, containers, applications, and code.
•Perform exploitability assessment, scanning output interpretation, CVE triage, and remediation planning, including dependency mapping and long-term fixes.
•Own investigation, escalation, and mitigation reviews for critical vulnerabilities, emerging threats, and executive escalations; drive follow-up on stalled plans.
•Report and track vulnerability metrics, KPIs, and KRIs; create presentations for senior leadership and maintain dashboards/workflows using relevant tools.
•Improve EVM processes and documentation in an Agile environment; mentor junior and mid-level engineers on complex cases.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 82,100 - 172,500 annually

Key Requirements

•At least 6 years of recent hands-on experience in vulnerability management.
•Strong understanding of security architecture, networking, operating systems, identity, and cloud services.
•Demonstrated experience triaging and prioritizing complex scanner findings and translating them into actionable remediation guidance.
•Demonstrated risk articulation and remediation strategies across common technology stacks.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems (or equivalent education and experience), plus security certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM, GIAC; cloud certifications preferred).
