Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide advanced technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
  • •Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex production issues.
  • •Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements, integrations, and configuration changes.
  • •Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver scalable, best-practice solutions.
  • •Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, including impact assessments, regression testing, deployment readiness, and maintain integrations, reports, extracts, workflows, and data conversion processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •3-5+ years supporting and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM, including Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • •Hands-on experience with Redwood UX and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
  • •Strong expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Cloud integrations.
  • •Proficiency with Oracle SQL and HCM tables/data model, including HCM security and security role/data access concepts.
