Lead and direct mechanical construction crews for HVAC and piping installation projects, including ductwork, chilled water, refrigerant piping, and ventilation systems. Assign daily tasks, supervise workmanship and quality, coordinate progress with the Mechanical Supervisor, and track manpower, materials, and site issues. Ensure strict compliance with HSE, permit-to-work rules, toolbox talks, PPE, housekeeping, and timely completion of punch list items.
