Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and participate in core sourcing operations including product creation (costing, materials, product testing), tactical and production planning, and manufacturing activities (quality and ME).
  • •Serve as an active team member and successfully intern in the program roles to support team success.
  • •Shadow senior sourcing leadership and interact with the same stakeholders while reporting regularly to your mentor for coaching and feedback.
  • •Support assigned departments with concrete deliverables and develop functional/project leadership capabilities under SDSO guidance.
  • •Help drive innovation and ensure sourcing operations comply with adidas Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards, and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •No previous work experience required, with a willingness to learn and grow in sourcing operations.
  • •MA in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial) or MBA preferred.
  • •Strong attention to detail, curiosity, disciplined mindset, and willingness to relocate at the company’s request.
  • •Fluent English required.
  • •Technical interest in manufacturing, planning, project management, and materials/industrial engineering topics.
