Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, operation sequences, and processes for parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
  • •Interface with other engineering functions to coordinate product improvements and/or new product releases and engineering change requests.
  • •Estimate manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and recommend tooling and process requirements; apply DFx to reduce costs and improve delivered quality.
  • •Develop and use test procedures, evaluate test results, and support corrective/continuous improvement actions based on operational and test data.
  • •Perform root cause analysis and failure analysis (including PFMEA) for issues during assembly and/or test; update business processes and documentation as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in semiconductor/electronics or engineering industries.
  • •Relevant Engineering qualifications.
  • •Ability to work with stakeholders globally.
  • •Ability to attend global meetings across different time zones.
  • •Project management experience is an added advantage; Microsoft Excel and Tableau.
