Key Responsibilities

•Lead and contribute to the delivery of complex transport and civil infrastructure projects across WA.
•Provide senior technical input, review and verification of civil designs, drawings and reports.
•Act as a technical authority within your discipline, supporting consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
•Champion Safety in Design, quality systems and best‑practice OHS&E behaviours.
•Work directly with clients to understand project needs and deliver value‑driven solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent.
• Typically 10–15 years’ experience in civil and transport engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, Main Roads WA standards, PTA standards and civil design practices.
• High-level capability in relevant design software (e.g. OpenRoads or 12D).
