•Coordinate with clinical staff and service coordinators to plan service visits and parts logistics.
•Document service actions, updates, and compliance in the service management system.

Key Requirements

•Experience maintaining and repairing medical imaging equipment (e.g., MRI, CT, X-ray) in clinical or hospital environments.
•Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex imaging systems.
•Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
•Customer-facing communication skills for on-site servicing and training.
•Wamiliarity with safety and regulatory requirements in healthcare settings.
