Key Responsibilities

  • •Process sheet metal orders using integrated punch/laser/shear equipment and perform press brake bending operations.
  • •Set up and operate press brakes, FMS shear, and numerical controlled turret press; create and modify programs for nesting/batching parts.
  • •Measure and verify quality (dimensions, tolerances, pattern sequence) and adjust programs/parameters as needed.
  • •Move material to/from workstations using material handling equipment; ensure correct parts and matching documentation reach the next process.
  • •Maintain equipment and work area (tooling condition, oiling/greasing, minor adjustments, 5S/housekeeping) and follow health/safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •At least 1 year of machine operator experience (preferably FMS).
  • •Reside within the immediate area (50 miles); no relocation benefit is offered.
  • •No employment immigration sponsorship/support; Eaton will not support CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or other listed immigration statuses.
  • •Experience using precision-measuring equipment and hand tools; ability to read drawings/blueprints.
