Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver new features and improve performance and scalability for Cloudflare’s Network Services products.
  • •Build, deploy, and operate systems on top of Cloudflare’s edge network.
  • •Work on anycast BGP implementations and sustain sessions moved across servers and regions.
  • •Develop flow and log collection, correlation, and analytics systems for customer network visibility.
  • •Create control plane systems that help customers express complex network configurations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building and shipping large-scale, reliable, highly distributed systems.
  • •Systems-level programming experience, especially in Go and Rust.
  • •Expertise in L3 and L4 networking protocols.
  • •Experience building on top of Linux kernel networking primitives such as netfilter, nftables, eBPF, tc, and network namespaces.
  • •Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and backend systems.
