Job Summary

Co-create compensation and benefits policies for Poland, supporting CRH’s Human Resources strategy. Prepare compensation benchmarking and pay equity analyses, update job descriptions and perform job evaluations using the KFHG methodology, and recommend changes to compensation systems. Monitor HR indicators such as turnover and absenteeism, while analyzing the employee benefits market by collecting offers and tracking emerging trends. This is a fixed-term role based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model.
