  • •Establish and support HR processes, policies, and practices in coordination with HR leadership for assigned regions and sites.
  • •Lead or oversee HR projects with national scope and implement site-level HR initiatives.
  • •Serve as a strategic business partner for assigned business area(s) and site(s), providing HR presence for employee and manager questions.
  • •Manage employee relations activities including investigations, corrective actions, and performance improvement efforts.
  • •Prepare and deliver internal HR communications, gather and analyze HR metrics, monitor employment legislation trends, and ensure compliance; maintain confidentiality.

Salary: USD 99,600 - 142,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years total experience in Human Resources required.
  • •3 years’ experience managing HR professionals or 1 year of experience as a Lead - Human Resources at First Solar required.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
  • •Well-versed in key US Federal and State employment laws and able to audit/consult on best practices and compliance-related risks.
