Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the end-to-end accounts payable (AP) function, including invoice verification, expense processing, approvals, and payment execution.
  • •Oversee AP month-end closing activities, including accrual postings, reconciliation, and prepaid expense management.
  • •Set AP KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching to support AP team growth.
  • •Establish and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate payment terms, resolve disputes, and handle escalated issues.
  • •Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, corporate policies, internal controls, and support internal/external audits with required AP documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of working experience in finance operations, with at least 5 years relevant accounts payable experience.
  • •Lead and manage the end-to-end AP function, including invoice verification, expense processing, approvals, and payment execution.
  • •Ensure AP transaction accuracy and completeness in line with corporate financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • •Proficient in ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite (or similar) and accounting software such as Sage.
  • •Strong communication and analytical/problem-solving skills to coordinate cross-functionally and manage vendor relationships.
