Key Responsibilities

  • •Support annual Profit Plan, monthly forecasts, and outlook cycles by aligning headcount, OpEx, and project spend to approved plans.
  • •Track and analyze OpEx, travel, flex costs, temporary staffing, and project expenses, highlighting variances and supporting cost control.
  • •Provide financial analysis and ongoing support for Mobility NPI, NTI, and strategic programs executed through EIIC.
  • •Assist with accurate billing, invoicing, and timesheet governance by validating rates, hours, and charge codes.
  • •Prepare financial dashboards, management reports, and ad-hoc analyses; support process improvement and digitization for automation and data accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Costing or Management Accounting.
  • •CA/CWA/CMA/MBA preferred.
  • •7–10 years of experience in finance business partnering, project accounting, or FP&A.
  • •Strong proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools, including Power BI and Power apps.
  • •Experience with ERP/planning systems (e.g., Oracle) and timesheet tools (e.g., Tenrox).
