Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets upon entry, answer questions, and help guests locate seats and appropriate entry for seat levels.
•Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable venue for guests.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems and assist patrons with directions inside or outside the venue.
•Verify ticket/pass authenticity and support guests with special needs, including seat accommodations.
•Participate in recycling/sustainability efforts, guide guests during emergencies, and assist with end-of-show closing tasks as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 20.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy when handling guest interactions.
•Ability to constantly walk and climb stairs, and occasionally sit, lift, and carry 25 lbs.+.
