•Own software delivery from concept through deployment, translating business requirements into measurable outcomes.
•Improve platform performance, stability, and maintainability through clean, secure, well-documented code.
•Collaborate across teams through code reviews and best practices to improve quality and development velocity.
•Resolve complex technical challenges and integration issues to support user experiences and client delivery.

Key Requirements

•Experience developing and supporting software applications with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming and problem solving.
•Working knowledge of Java, REST APIs, and SQL databases to build reliable technical solutions.
•Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, maintainable code in a collaborative development environment.
•Strong communication and teamwork skills partnering with engineers, quality assurance, and business stakeholders.
•A growth mindset with ownership and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning new technologies.
