Watch Coordinator, Fine Jewelry & Watches

Coordinate inbound processing and authentication for fine jewelry and watches, ensuring products are accurately sorted, scanned, and routed through FIFO queues. Serve as the primary point of contact for the Repair program, handling shipping/receiving, invoice tracking, and updates to internal teams and consignors. Investigate and resolve time-sensitive issues, track exceptions and buy-outs, and maintain quality standards and SOPs across multiple locations.
