Job Summary

Lead Snowflake’s global GTM Systems function, governing and evolving the end-to-end GTM technology stack, data architecture, and revenue intelligence foundation. Drive Quote-to-Cash, Core Sales Technology, and GTM Shared Services to maximize field performance and revenue velocity. Standardize sales workflows, streamline Quote-to-Cash to reduce cycle time, and shift the team toward AI-governed data architecture and strategic advisory while managing global cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the long-term roadmap for global GTM data and technology and set architectural direction for the revenue intelligence platform.
•Lead AI-native operations by defining how AI agents, automated workflows, and data pipelines replace manual data production and shift focus to governance and advisory work.
•Standardize global sales workflows and streamline Quote-to-Cash to reduce cycle times and field friction.
•Provide strategic leadership for Field Support by integrating specialized deal support with centralized operational execution.
•Manage and grow a global team and partner cross-functionally with IT, Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Partner Operations to scope and deliver GTM capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 300,000 - 393,700 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years leading Sales Operations, GTM Systems, or Revenue Intelligence in a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
•Proven success managing global, multi-layered teams across system configuration, process design, and SLA-driven shared services operations.
•Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem (SFDC, CPQ, CLM) and master data management platforms.
•Experience governing the integration between Salesforce and a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent) as the analytical layer.
•Demonstrated ability to drive executive alignment through data and communicate across technical and business audiences.
