Human Resource Generalist I

Provide day-to-day mobility, immigration, and site-specific HR support for US assigned locations, serving as the primary point of contact for associates across operational jurisdictions. Handle employee relations, training, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. Support HR leadership with immigration data reviews, audits, assessments, and confidential record management, while coordinating with immigration/tax vendors and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
