Key Responsibilities

•Directly manage the store operations end-to-end (360°), ensuring an excellent shopping experience and achievement of sales targets.
•Plan and schedule activities, assign tasks, and monitor timely completion with a focus on priorities.
•Supervise and develop sales associates, maintaining motivation and a positive team environment.
•Oversee training on product knowledge, selling techniques, and on-the-job development for new and existing staff.
•Deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports, manage budgets, stock, cash flow, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in Retail as Store Manager/Department Manager or Section Manager.
