Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to define long-term roadmaps and ensure high technical standards through architecture reviews and robust testing.

•Work with engineering and product leadership to build a long-term roadmap.
•Coordinate execution and collaborate with multiple product teams with feature requests from the platform.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in managing teams that build and operate high-volume distributed systems in a SaaS environment.
•5+ years of experience with distributed systems and building platforms and services which serve multiple product teams and customers.
•Have experience in scaling engineering teams from 5 to 20+.
•BS or higher in Computer Science, or a related field.
•Great at hiring and developing talent, especially leadership.
